【摘要】改革开放以来，民营经济得到了大力发展，在国民经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用。但由于民营企业内外因素的影响，还存在一定的问题，影响了民营企业进一步的发展.本文就民营企业的现状、地位作用和发展问题作以研究，探求未来民营企业的发展对策。

Summary：With the reform open, the private capital economy gets to develop strongly, which is becoming more and more important function in national economy develop. 5、 设备科技含量低,技术改造的相对滞后,导致企业发展后劲不足,民营企业大多为劳动密集型生产企业,这种生产模式注定了企业的战略与企业能够相互调动的资源不能相互支撑，战略与资源无法形成一个有机结合的系统。从抽象的意义上讲一个战略其本身实际上并无所谓对错。而只有对本企业适合不适合之分同样一个战略，对于一个企业可能是致胜的“法宝”。对于另一个企业可能是跌进万丈深渊的“陷阱”。当一个企业制定了一个与自身不适应的战略时，其战略越宏大将会使企业越被动。
