摘要：作为一个群体，中国的家族企业近年来受到国人和媒体的广泛关注，直 接原因至少有两个：一是众多家族企业的出现创造了大量的财富；另一个就是家族
企业的上市问题。中国股票市场建立至今，发展时间不长，但是中国股票市场的发 展过程倍受人们的关注。与以往研究多从组织合理性和管理效率的角度出发不同，
本文从家族企业的资本结构入手，研究其资本结构与治理模式的互动关系，并分析 了其对股票市场的影响和股票市场的发展。

The family businesses and Chinese stock market
Abstract: As a colony, the China family businesses are subjected to the wide-ranging concern of fellow countrymen and mass media in the past few years, there’re at least two immediate reasons: one is that numerous family businesses have created great wealth; the other is the issue of the going on the Chinese stock market of family businesses. From the stock market’s establishment to this day, the development time is not long, yet the concern of people on the development process of Chinese stock market is intensely. The paper begins with the capital structure of family business, then dwells on the relationship of the capital structure and the governance pattern, analyses the effect on the stock market and the development of Chinese stock market at last.
