［摘要］价格听证是兴起于西方国家的一种价格制定制度。20世纪90年代以来，我国几乎所有的省会城市都举行过价格听证会。但是由于中国听证制度尚处于起步阶段，当前的价格听证还存在许多的问题和缺陷。随着经济市场化和政治民主化进程的推进，通过经营者、消费者和监管者的多方努力，中国的价格听证制度将不断地走向完善和成熟。

At Present Price Hearing in China:Public Policy Analysis Based on the Perspective of Framework and Institution
Abstract: As a price-making system, price hearing originated in the West. Price hearing has been carried out in many provincial cities of China since 1990s. But at present the system of price hearing has a lot of problems and flaws in the first stage. With the development of the market-oriented economy and political democracy, the system of price hearing will become complete step by step in our country with the efforts of managers, consumers and supervisors.
