[摘 要]本文从现代化的视角提出农业技术创新体系三元结构理论，并用它分析近代中国农业科技发展与社会政治经济变迁之间的关系。重点探讨了近代中国社会政治、经济变迁所引发的农业技术需求对农业技术创新体系形成的影响。

—A Brief Discussion on Relations Between Agricultural Innovation
and the Requirement of Technology in Modern China
Abstract：In this paper, a model of tripartite-structure agricultural innovation system is made to analysis the relation between the development of Chinese agricultural science and technology and the changes of social and economic circumstances. It argues that the requirement of agricultural technology evoked by the variance of the society play an important role in the formation of agricultural innovation system.

一、引 言
中国农业技术创新是整个中国现代化的一个组成部分，其创新的路径是由中国现代化的特点和进程决定的。因此，要分析近代以来的中国农业技术创新或农业现代化，首先要从整个国家的现代化开始。
二、农业技术创新体系的三元结构
尽管中国农业技术创新体系的三元结构从一开始就缺少内在的联系，但是毕竟在传统的农业社会中出现了现代化的农业新因素，开始了现代农业技术创新的艰难历程。农业技术创新三个环节之间的关联程度成了影响农业技术创新成败的关键。
