【摘要】 目的 为提高睑板腺囊肿手术的成功率，探讨减少睑板腺囊肿复发的简易手术方法。方法 对950例睑板腺囊肿采用石炭酸涂睑板腺囊肿的囊壁，观察其疗效。结果 950例睑板腺囊肿均能达到破坏其囊壁的完整性，术后随访7天～6个月，无复发，达到根治目的。结论 石炭酸治疗睑板腺囊肿方法简易、并发症少，是较为理想的手术方法。

Clinical observation of carbolic acid treatment for chalazion
【Abstract】 Objective To improve the achievement ratio of surgery on chalazion and investigate simple operative approaches for reducing its relapse.Methods Management with carbol spreading on the capsule walls of chalazions was employed to 950 chalazion patients and observed its efficacy.Results The treatment could achieve success in destroying the integrity of their capsule walls in all the 950 chalazions.A follow-up for 7 days to 6 months showed complete cures without relapse occurring.Conclusion The carbol treatment for chalazion is an optimal method,simple,easy and with few complications.

1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料 本组病例为1999年1月~2005年12月我科门诊进行的霰粒肿手术的患者950例。男575例，女375例；单眼905例，双眼44例；上睑683例，下睑267例，年龄最小1.2岁，最大61岁，平均年龄13.6岁。其中合并感染56例。病程1周~6个月。
