【摘要】 目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对78例90眼翼状胬肉患者做翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植。结果 术后随访平均18个月，76例88眼一次治愈，2例2眼复发，翼状胬肉复发率为2.2%。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉简单易行，安全有效，治愈率高，复发率低，值得临床推广。

Limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium
【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods Limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation was performed on 78 cases (90 eyes ) with pterygium cut.Results The postoperative followup period ranged of 18 months,of 78 cases(90 eyes),76 cases (88 eyes) are cured once and recover,the curing rate is 98%,2 cases (2 eyes) recur,the recur rate of pterygium is 2.2%,but the obvious complication has not happened.Conclusion Limbal epithelial stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium is easy,safe and effective,the curing rate is high,the recur rate is low,it deserves therapeutic popularization.
