[内容提要]：公民对社会政治生活的积极参与在一定程度上是对现存政治体系认同感增强的表现，这也是政治体系自身合法性的重要来源。对于目前我国部分地区出现的公民对政治生活的积极参与倾向，应在制度化的范围内给予正确的引导，使其朝着健康的方向发展；如果处理不妥，则可能走向其反面，成为整个政治体系的不稳定因素。

Abstract: To some degree, citizen participate politics actively is the symbol of the strengthening of identity to the political system, and it is alas the important source of the political system it self’s legitimacy. We should give right guidance within the institution according to the active trend to taking part in politics of its sound development. If we don’t manage well, it will turn into the opposite and will be the destabilizing force of the whole politics.

在2003年的中国政治生活中，出现了很多让人为之振奋的亮点。而以"深圳竞选"为代表的基层人大代表竞选活动更是吸引了学术界乃至整个社会的强烈关注。如此高频率、多发性地出现"民荐候选人"和"自荐侯选者"参与竞选，在我国的民主政治生活中是绝无仅有的。可以说"深圳竞选"代表我国公民政治参与进入了一个新的发展阶段。据此，我们完全有理由认为，客观、理性的认识以"深圳竞选"为代表的基层人大代表竞选活动无论从理论上还是从实践上对我国公民民主参与活动都有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。
