摘要：本文通过污泥的综合利用、填埋、投海等几种主要的污泥处置方式的分析，指出污泥的资源化利用应立足于各地实际，在兼顾环境生态效益、社会效益和经济效益平衡的前提下，选择最佳处置与利用方案。

tract: The Sludge is not only contaminant but also useful resources in Municipal sewage Treatment Plant. It is the best way that combines handling, disposal with utilization of sewage sludge. Through analyzing of several major sewage sludge disposal such as Synthesize utilization, bury, sea dumping and so on, this paper points out that resource utilization of sewage sludge should stand reality, select the best way of disposal and utilization, considering environmental ecological results, social and economic benefits.

城市厂的污泥是指处理所产生的固态、半固态及液态的废弃物，含有大量的有机物、丰富的氮磷等营养物、重金属以及致病菌和病原菌等，如果不加处理的任意排放和投弃会对环境造成严重的污染。随着处理设施的普及、处理率的提高和处理程度的深化，污泥的产生量必将有较大的增长。如何妥善地处置厂污泥，并将其作为一种新的资源加以有效利用，变废为宝，已成为城市厂和相关部门提高技术水平和管理水平的重要因素，也是全球共同关注的课题。
