摘 要：提出了普适性的信息定义 “信息是通过一定媒介对事物及运动状态的一种映射、显示，它标志事物及运动状态间接的非实体性的存在”。提出了与信源、信道、信宿对应的实有、实在、实得信息概念，解决了复杂系统中信息的语义歧义与信息创生这一难点问题。

Abstract: This thesis proposes an universal definition of information: Information is to shine upon, show to one kind of the things and their motion states through certain media, it indicates the indirect unsubstantial existence of the things and their motion states. The article puts forward the conceptions of being-information, reality-information and obtaining-information corresponding with information source, information channel and information home, solves the difficult problem of information ambiguity and creation in complicated system.

信息论问世以来信息范畴作为通信领域和具体科学层次的概念早已被人们普遍接受，然而，狭义信息概念并不具有普适性，为此，20世纪末期人们提出了广义信息和哲学范畴的信息问题，然而，普适性的信息应该如何界定，它有哪些特征，复杂信息系统与简单信息系统的差别是什么，它们涉及哪些最基本的对象与关系，信息如何创生？等等问题目前争论较多，现有的理论还不能很好地说明和澄清这些棘手问题。因此，深入探讨普适性信息范畴的合适定义，澄清简单系统与复杂系统中信息存在涉及的各种关系具有重要的理论和现实意义。
